This study assessed the psychometric properties of Dutch translation Prosocial Behavior Questionnaire (PBQ-NL), a self-report questionnaire that distinguishes altruistic, reactive, and proactive prosocial behaviours. Participants were 381 adolescents young adults aged 13–30 (Mage = 18.62, SD 2.59, 65.1% female). Test-retest reliability data available for 199 participants. A Confirmatory Factor Analyses supported three-factor structure questionnaire, with adequate six-month test-retest reliability. Altruistic reactive behaviours correlated significantly positively directed at family/peers larger society, but not depression or aggression. Conversely, proactively motivated behaviour negatively family experienced opportunities contribution to aggression, depression.
