A big problem for obtaining aesthetic and functional results of dental treatment is the condition gingival papillae. Methods restoration aesthetics part during are divided into groups: plastic bone tissues; laboratory technical procedures; use materials artificial gums. It has been established plastic-surgical method used loss papilla, defects ridge alveolar process, asymmetric contour gums, their unaesthetic shape. Correction allows achieve satisfactory both final stage (prosthetics with prostheses) intermediate temporary prosthetics prostheses. found most common flap operations on using technique lateral movement muco-osseous flap. These include interventions: endothelial modification from tooth-alveolar ridge; oblique displaced flap; periosteally stimulated partial or complete split positive effect hyaluronic acid healing tissue regeneration proven. ABSTRACT Objectives This randomized clinical study compared the profilometric measurements of buccal tissue volume at sites augmented using a volume‐stable collagen matrix (VCMX) or connective graft (CTG) simultaneously to implant placement in presence small bone dehiscence (SBBD ≤ 3 mm). Methods Forty‐four patients with SBBD were treated soft augmentation (STA) simultaneous VCMX SCTG. Clinical and 3D intraoral scans collected prior STA (BL), 1, months, 1 year after prosthetic loading. Strain elastography, a non-invasive imaging technique complements traditional diagnostic methods by offering quantitative and qualitative information about soft hard tissues within the oral cavity. The article aimed to provide an overview of currently available data on use strain elastography in dentistry. To support review applications dentistry, wide range articles was searched using both online offline databases. Inclusion exclusion criteria were defined according Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcomes, Study Design (PICOS) approach. results show that 12 107 papers found be eligible for inclusion examination dentistry satisfied PICOS criteria. Elastography is promising tool diagnosing various dental diseased conditions, but sufficient evidence not available. More studies larger population should performed determine its accuracy diagnosis.
