ABSTRACT The increasing feasibility of whole‐genome sequencing has been highly anticipated, promising to transform our understanding the biology nonmodel species. ABSTRACT Advances in genomic sequencing have magnified our understanding of ecological and evolutionary mechanisms relevant to biodiversity conservation.
