Abstract Background: Physiology is a cornerstone of medical education, offering vital insights into human body functions and health principles. Traditional teaching often emphasizes theory, which may not fully develop students' understanding complex concepts. Recent pedagogical methods promote active learning through hands-on activities, enhancing comprehension retention. Methods: A questionnaire was administered to 43 students after they engaged in model making activities that allowed them construct representations physiological systems based on their understanding. The focused assessing the impact knowledge acquisition, creativity enhancement, interest physiology. Results: The findings reveal 83.72% (n=43) felt significantly improved foundational Over 90% reported enhanced problem-solving abilities, 51.16% acknowledged significant increase creativity. Moreover, more than 79% expressed increased engagement recommended using it classroom. Conclusion: Integration physiology curricula proves be an effective strategy for deepening physiologic concepts while fostering critical thinking, creativity, collaboration. These suggest adopting this approach enhance education better prepare future healthcare professionals clinical challenges.
