Ralstonia solanacearum is the pathogen responsible for solanacearum, which soil-borne, infests plant conduits to cause disease.They are not easy control and harmful.Therefore development of a controlled-release agent responsive pathogen's soil temperature moisture conditions could aid in its control. Corn kernel powder used as carrier Tetramycin biopesticide, with various compounds tested bonding.They were then made by extrusion moulding.Temperature wetness components, including Pentaerythritol Tetrastearate, Tetraoleate, Polyethylene Glycol Stearate, Monooleate,are compounded coated onto cores form an intermediate shell layer. Finally, Ethyl cellulose(EC)and Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose(HPMC) dissolved sprayed outermost layer complete pellet's layer.After evaluation texture performance test,DSC analysis,TG test,temperature humidity response test, well pellet cross-section SEM observation, field effectiveness etc., preferred formulations screened.The results showed that Core formulation:Corn powder:Tetramycin aqueous:Xanthan gum mass ratio=13.5:23:2; Intermediate Shell layer:PETS: PETO: PEG400MO ratio=10:30:10; Outer layer: cellulose (EC):Hydroxypropyl (HPMC) ratio=5:1.Under high incidence i.e., sustained warmth (30-35℃) (30% content), formulated pills release rate 95.18% 96.24% over period 35 days. Moreover, they stepwise cyclic process under alternating warm humid-dry cold conditions.In tests on tobacco, relative preventive efficacy 54.74% was achieved 106 days post-transplanting. Soil bacterial community structure analysis revealed significant decrease (2.28-2.84 times) abundance Solanaceae Raelia treatment compared Additionally, fungal highter consistency initially across depths, diversity differences between layers reestablished later (106 days), while predominant categories bacteria fungi remained unchanged.In this study, we successfully developed nucleoshell-type slow-controlled pill embedded Tetramycin. This effectively responded changes, resulting disease prevention.This holds promise improving drug utilization easing application challenges, offering broad prospects prevention agriculture.

Potato (Solanum tuberosum) is an important global food source, the growth of which can be severely impacted by Ralstonia solanacearum bacterial infection. Despite extensive research, molecular mechanisms potato resistance to this pathogen are imperfectly known. Huashu No. 12, a tetraploid genotype, highly resistant R. solanacearum. We inoculate 12 and Longshu 7 (highly susceptible solanacearum) with compare disease in these two varieties. has significantly higher infection than 7, increased lignin content, abundance callose strong autofluorescence phloem sieve tube. Enzymes (e.g., superoxide dismutase, catalase, peroxidase, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, polyphenol oxidase) contribute 12. Transcriptome sequencing reveals 659 differentially expressed genes between varieties, ethylene responsive factor family containing most genes. Gene ontology KEGG analyses provided further insights into genetic basis underlying plant defense against disease. By demonstrating importance enzymes differential gene expression infection, breeding disease-resistant becomes increasingly feasible.

Plant bacterial wilt is caused by Ralstonia solanacearum, a soilborne pathogen that infects plant conduits, leading to disease. Abstract Members of the Ralstonia solanacearum species complex are soil-borne pathogens important crop plants. Strain-level host specialisation is considered typical, yet outbreak monitoring in Martinique revealed emergence a new lineage with dramatically expanded range. We show was caused by parallel expansion lineages from two different species. One Asian origin retains signature specialisation, while emergent broad range originated Americas.
