from
relevant
discuss
challenges
promote
switch
descriptive
studies
functional
studies,
elucidating
biology
interactive
roles
microbiomes
systems.
A
combination
is
proposed.
This
will
reduce
biases
resulting
each
individual
technology

more
comprehensive
view
biological
system
whole.
Although
combinations

bioinformatics

Environmental
abiotic
stresses
challenge
food
security
by
depressing
crop
yields
often
exceeding
50%
of
their
annual
production.
Different
methods,

conventional

genomic-assisted
breeding,

genetic
engineering
have
been
utilized
to
enhance
stress
resilience
in
several
species.
Plant
breeding
has
partly
successful
developing
varieties
against
owning
the
complex
genetics
traits
narrow

germplasm.
Irrespective
fact

transfer
gene(s)
from
any
organism(s),
transgenic
crops
become
controversial
mainly
due
potential
risk
transgene-outcrossing.
Consequently,

banned

countries,

countries.
In

Summary
The
frequency
and
severity
of
drought
are
increasing
due
to
anthropogenic
climate
change
already
limiting
cropping
system
productivity
in
many
regions
around
the
world.
Few
microbial
groups
within
plant
microbiomes
can
potentially
contribute
towards
fitness
their
hosts
under
abiotic
stress
events
including
water
deficits.

communities
