The quality of preparations offered in the workplace can vary according to different segments food services and may impact health workers. This study aimed qualitatively assess preparation workers from services. A total 384 were Curitiba City, Brazil. three evaluated: commercial (pilot study), non-commercial, outsourced, selected for convenience. To identify preparations, nutritionist was interviewed, production process monitored. Background: The rates of obesity, undernutrition, and other non-communicable diseases are on the rise among Lebanese adults. Abstract Background: Ultra processed foods (UPFs) are widely considered to have negative health impacts, particularly associated with non-communicable diseases (NCDs) such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. However, their consumption continues rise globally, driven by convenience, affordability, extensive marketing. This study aims understand young consumers' knowledge perceptions of ultra (UPFs), identify factors influencing attitudes dietary behaviours, assess the impact awareness on UPF consumption. Methods: Qualitative data was gathered through semi-structured focus group interviews involving a sample 11 university students, aged 18–25 years, mixed gender, studying non-nutrition-related degrees.
