While
the
definition
of
anaphylaxis
is
clear,
its
grade
severity
remains
a
subject
debate.
The
objective
this
study
was
to
evaluate
possible
discrepancies
in
scoring
system
for
patients
with
positive
food
challenge
(OFC),
differentiating
anaphylactic
and
non-anaphylactic
reactions,
using
WHO
11th
version
International
Classification
Diseases
(ICD-11)
as
main
reference.
We
conducted
retrospective
observational
at
University
Hospital
Montpellier,
France,
including
OFC
between
2018
2022.
classified
each
reaction
based
on
5
different
classifications.

Purpose
of
review
Allergen
immunotherapy
(AIT)
is
increasingly
popular
as
a
treatment
strategy
for
food
allergy.
Unfortunately,
there
significant
heterogeneity
in
reported
outcomes,
specifically
the
dose-thresholds
selected
evaluation
and
symptoms
used
to
define
“tolerated
dose”.
These
considerations
are
often
investigator-driven
do
not
consider
patient
perspectives.
Recent
findings
A
systematic

EAACI
CO-FAITH
taskforce
recently
flagged
need
better
standardize
harmonize
outcomes

trials
food-AIT.
Using
less
objective
dose-limiting
