Due
to
its
antimicrobial,
anti-inflammatory
and
pro-healing
properties,
the
application
of
cold
atmospheric
plasma
(CAP)
has
emerged
as
a
new
promising
therapeutic
strategy
in

Background:
Peri-implantitis,
the
most
prevalent
cause
of
implant
failure,
is
a
multifaceted
issue
that
influenced
by
various
factors

biofilm
formation
around
implant.

innovative
methods
for
microbiological
decontamination

implants
exist,
universally
accepted
standard
protocol

not
yet
been
