This research evaluates the use of drying technology with air circulation to improve production efficiency tamban fish crackers. uses a quantitative experimental design evaluate compared traditional methods. The results show that this is able reduce time from 7 hours 5 resulting in more consistent product quality terms moisture and texture. has operational flexibility does not depend on weather conditions, so can be carried out throughout year. 1Ecolabelling, or Eco-certification, has become the most important in fisheries. There are lots of certification systems intricate ecolabelling different products; out that, only 40 responsible for fisheries-related products. Ecolabels known as approval seals products that have been harvested using sustainable methods with minimal negative impacts on environment. According to Marine Stewardship Council (MSC), all fishing some environment and should be used responsibly follow regulations given by code conduct fisheries other agencies.
