ABSTRACT Remittances are significant determinants in reducing income inequality and mitigating poverty, particularly developing countries like Bangladesh. This study analyzes a representative micro‐level survey data to quantify the impact of remittances on poverty income, expenditure, savings, investment distributions. Using Gini coefficient Atkinson index, examines categorical measures context Additionally, it employs propensity score matching (PSM) headcount ratio (HCR) evaluate household levels across various economic indicators.
