Abstract Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is a special type of pulmonary parenchymal disease, with chronic, progressive, fibrosis, high mortality. There lack safe, effective, and affordable treatment methods. Qilongtian (QLT) traditional Chinese prescription that composed Panax notoginseng, Earthworm, Rhodiola, shows the remarkable clinical curative effect PF. However, mechanism QLT remains to be clarified. Therefore, we studied effectivity in treating Bleomycin (BLM) induced PF mice. Our studies have shown significantly reduced inflammatory injury, hydroxyproline content collagen deposition lung tissue BLM mice downregulated cytokine related inflammation expression on mRNA protein level To identify QLT, Transcriptome was measured, IL-17 signal pathway screened out for further research. Further indicated CCL12, CXCL5, FOSL1, MMP9 , AREG which are fibrosis-related genes pathway. In summary, results potential preventing progress by inhibiting resulting study provides novel scientific basis represents new therapeutics clinical.

Introduction. The cytokine interleukin (IL)-39 is a novel member of the IL-12 family. Our previous study found that serum level IL-39 significantly increased in patients with acute myocardial infarction. However, role cardiomyocyte apoptosis remains unclear. Material and methods. (1) Background: Pasteurellosis is a global zoonotic bacterial disease, which has caused significant economic impacts in animal husbandry. Nevertheless, there limited understanding of the immune response between goat peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) and goat-derived Pasteurella multocida (P. multocida). (2) Methods: To investigate host PBLs during infection with P. type D, we established an vitro cell model utilizing isolated primary PBLs. Utilizing this model, employed enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to assess cytokine profile variation following infection. Meanwhile, RNA sequencing quantitative PCR (qPCR) methods were analyze gene expression profile. (3) Results: The ELISA test results indicated that levels pro-inflammatory cytokines, such as IL-6, IFN-γ, CXCL10, IL-17A, significantly elevated within 12 h after multocida. In contrast, anti-inflammatory IL-10 found be reduced. functional enrichment analysis identified 2114 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) primarily associated cytokine-cytokine receptor interactions, viral protein-cytokine IL-17 signaling pathway.
