Introduction Perceived social support refers to the subjective assessment of extent which an individual feels supported by others. It is a crucial factor that affects person's mental health, as well poor self-esteem, common psychiatric complaint correlated with low perceived support. As field expands, better understanding correlation between these factors and health important. Aim This study aimed investigate relationship support, well-being among general population Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Subjects methods analytical cross-sectional was conducted in A self-administered questionnaire distributed targeted using online survey. The survey comprised 39 questions, including validated Arabic version Social Support (PSS) scale, Self-Esteem Scale, Well-Being Scale. Results Of 405 surveyed participants, 277 (68.4%) were female, 217 (53.6%) 18 25 years old. total 254 (62.7%) had high PSS. However, 328 (81.0%) 236 (58.3%) well-being. Bu araştırmanın amacı, turizm öğrencilerinin staj dönemlerinde algıladıkları sosyal desteğin, psikolojik sağlıklarını nasıl etkilediğini tespit etmektir. Staj sürecinde öğrencilerin karşılaştığı zorluklarla başa çıkmaları ve mesleki tatminlerini sağlamaları açısından destek önemli bir role sahiptir. noktada döneminde algıladığı pozitif duygularını genel iyi oluşlarını etkilediği dört hipotezle test edilen yapısal model üzerinden incelenmiştir. Veriler, 710 rehberliği öğrencisinden çevrimiçi anket aracılığıyla toplanmış IBM SPSS 27 SmartPLS 4 yazılımları kullanılarak istatistiksel analizler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen eşitlik modeli sonuçlarına göre, destek, belirgin şekilde etkilemektedir. Ek olarak ile oluş ilişkisinde duyguları aracı rol üstlenmektedir. bağlamda; deneyimlerinin refah üzerindeki etkilerini anlamak takip etmek gelişimleri kariyer planlamaları makul strateji olabilir. Üstelik bu yaklaşım, verimli sağlıklı iş gücü yetiştirerek endüstrisinin nitelikli personel gereksinimini azaltabilir. Araştırmanın teorik pratik çıkarımları doğrultusunda ilgili paydaşlara çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Purpose To examine the impact of using work-related information and communication technology (ICT) during off-job hours on employees' emotional exhaustion to elucidate role psychological detachment (PD) positive work reflection (PWR). Additionally, study investigated influence frequency remote this relationship. Abstract: This study aims to explore the impact of school servant leadership on teacher emotional exhaustion in context Chinese education, and analyze mediating effects hindrance stress depersonalization.
