This research analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution and driving factors of agricultural land use carbon emissions (ALUCE) in China from 2013 to 2022, utilizing LMDI STIRPAT models. Key findings include: (1) Significant regional disparities exist, with eastern provinces exhibiting high increasing ALUCE levels, while western remain low stable, necessitating targeted strategies technological support. (2) Total decreased by 8.6%, highlighting need optimize emission sources for sustainable agriculture. (3) inequality is stable yet slightly variable, driven inter-provincial differences, spatial polarization evident. (4) Agricultural production efficiency inhibits ALUCE, output increases labor scale positively contribute. A novel environmental organizational framework proposed reduce offering policy implications developing countries focused on strategies, technical support, practices.

Abstract To sustain agriculture for future generations and reduce the adverse impacts on soil health environment, there is a need to adopt sustainable climate‐smart agricultural practices. A field experiment was conducted study effects of organic amendments (chicken dairy manures biochar) physicochemical properties, sweet corn ( Zea mays ) growth, yield parameters at Prairie View A&M University, Texas. Two rates biochar (2.5 5 t ha −1 two types manure dairy) applied three (0, 224, 448 kg total N were used in factorial design with replications. Plant height, period each vegetative growth stage, leaf plant analysis development, time reach 50% tasseling silking cob length, diameter, sugar content, biomass measured. The results showed that significantly affected by rate, while diameter rates. Sweet reached stages earlier chicken manure‐treated plots than plots. However, content both Furthermore, revealed strong positive correlation between height biomass; however, negative days. Soil phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium had relatively parameters. Findings different influenced nutrient status, highlighting importance adopting practices improved crop health.

Conservation tillage involves covering the soil surface with crop residues after harvest, typically through reduced or no-tillage practices. This approach increases organic matter, improves structure, prevents erosion, reduces water loss, promotes microbial activity, and enhances root development. Therefore, accurate information on residue coverage is critical for monitoring implementation of conservation study collected “crop–crop residues–soil” images from wheat-soybean rotation fields using mobile phones to create calibration, validation, independent validation datasets. We developed a deep learning model named crop–crop residue–soil segmentation network (CCRSNet) enhance performance cropland image proportion extraction. The accuracy extraction by extracting integrating shallow features attention modules capture multi-scale contextual information. Our findings indicated that (1) lightweight models outperformed deeper networks segmentation. When CCRSNet employed backbone (ResNet50), its feature capability was inferior lighter (VGG16). (2) integrated achieved high performance. Using VGG16 as backbone, an mIoU 92.73% PA 96.23% in dataset, surpassing traditional SVM RF models. RMSE ranged 1.05% 3.56%. These results demonstrate potential accurate, rapid, low-cost detection coverage. However, generalizability robustness depend diversity calibration Further experiments across different regions crops are required validate this method’s applicability
