This study examined the number of contractions required for an isometric plantar flexion familiarization. Twenty-six males were separated into two independent Groups: Group A: where five initiated on dominant limb (right) followed by contralateral limb; and B, non-dominant (left) limb. Participants carried out a 5-s maximum voluntary contraction (MVC), with interpolated twitch administered to tibial nerve. In A, both limbs familiarization, whereas in contractions, three (p < 0.05). A strong relationship between MVC activation (VA) was observed D (r = 0.91, p 0.05) B ND 0.99, The results demonstrated evidence cross-limb transfer from phenomenon implicates central involvement, substantiated VA responses that mirror changes MVC. Practitioners researchers should consider impact during single familiarization session when assessing strength avoid overestimation gains. Future cross-education/cross-limb studies could investigate mechanisms involved
