The
objective
of
the
present
study
was
to
examine
impact
different
plyometric
training
(PT)
surfaces
on
adaptive
changes
jumping
ability,
sprinting
speed,
change
direction
ability
and
strength
performance
in
volleyball
players.

Despite
widespread
implementation

core
training

athletic
preparation,
evidence
regarding
its
effectiveness
across
different
sports
and
performance
domains
remains
fragmented.

meta-analysis
examined

effects
on
multiple
sports,

or

PRISMA
guidelines,
we

a
systematic
review

databases
