Importance

prevalence
estimates

Background/Objectives:
Twenty-four-hour
movement
behaviors,
including
physical
activity,
sedentary
time,
and
sleep,
are
associated
with
a
range
of
health
outcomes.
However,
the
relationship
between
combinations
these
behaviors
dietary
outcomes
in
young
populations
remains
unclear.
We
conducted
systematic
review
to
explore
how
combined
linked
children
adolescents.
Methods:
searched
MEDLINE,
Embase,
PsycINFO
from
January
2017
July
2024,
studies
that
were
(1)
written
English,
(2)
published
peer-reviewed
journals,
(3)
quantitatively
analyzed
two
or
three
outcomes,
(4)
focused
on
aged

18
years.
Results:
Ten
cross-sectional
met
criteria.
The
majority
(6
out
10)
assessed
all
although
sleep
was
less
frequently
examined,
appearing
only
4
studies.
Our
findings
indicated
adhering
recommendations
consistently
healthier
patterns,
higher
consumption
fruits,
vegetables,
nuts,
fish,
cereals,
lower
intake
sweets
pastries.
Additionally,
activity
time
guidelines
improved
habits
children,
more
fruit
vegetable
sugary
drink
snack
consumption.
Conversely,
inadequate
poorer
particularly
hydration.
Conclusions:
This
suggests
meeting
behavior
correlates

limited
