Abstract Intratumor bacteria, a critical component of the tumor microenvironment, can facilitate growth and contribute to development resistance chemotherapeutic agents. The agents not only induce protective autophagy in tumors, contributing drug resistance, but also exert minimal effects on bacteria within tumor, thereby potentially accelerating recurrence. To address this tough issue, vermiculite/copper telluride bio‐heterojunctions (VIC bio‐HJs) have been developed enhance eradicate obtain victory fight against tumors. VIC bio‐HJs are able generate substantial reactive oxygen species (ROS) via photodynamic/chemodynamic therapy, effectively eliminating by disrupting bacterial integrity impairing electron transport chains. A novel protease was isolated from the fruiting bodies of straw mushroom Volvariella volvacea. The purified 13.48-fold using a series techniques, including ammonium sulfate precipitation, ultrafiltration, diethylaminoethyl fast-flow (DEAE FF) ion-exchange chromatography, and Superdex 75 gel filtration resulting in specific enzyme activity 286.82 U/mg toward casein as substrate. Sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) analysis revealed that had molecular weight 24 kDa. exhibited optimal at pH 7 50 °C, showing sensitivity to alkaline conditions instability elevated temperatures. presence Ca2+ significantly enhanced activity, whereas Ni2+ Cu2+ exerted strong inhibitory effects, with other metal ions weak inhibition. β-mercaptoethanol, Tween-80, Triton X-100 more pronounced PMSF, EDTA, CTAB weaker effects. Background: Diabetic wounds infected with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) are challenging to heal due biofilm formation, which impairs conventional antibiotics limited penetration and severe side effects. Near-infrared (NIR)-driven nanomotors autonomous motion photothermal effects show promise for antibacterial therapy but often lack targeted specificity. Lysostaphin (Ly), an enzyme targeting bacterial cell walls, offers excellent potential against drug-resistant MRSA. Methods: A novel NIR-driven CSIL nanomotor has fabricated by co-loading indocyanine green (ICG) lysostaphin onto spinous yolk-shell structured C/SiO2@C nanoparticles. The motion, penetration, efficacy of evaluated in vitro, while their eradication wound healing performance assessed MRSA-infected diabetic mouse model using a cascade photodynamic (CPDT) strategy.
