Abstract Chemoresistance and metastasis are the main obstacles to clinical success of anticancer treatment responsible for most cancer deaths. Developing effective approaches reverse chemoresistance inhibit is essential efficient chemotherapy. Mitochondria important sources cellular energy involved in mediating driving tumor metastasis. Due relatively weak DNA repair capacity mitochondria, targeting mitochondria may provide a paradigm metastatic treatment. Herein, exosomes (Exos) modified with integrin ligands mitochondriotropic molecules synthesized encapsulating oxaliplatin (OXA) construct sequentially targeted mitochondrion‐dysfunctional nanodrug (OXA@Exo‐RD). Subsequent investigations confirm that OXA@Exo‐RD cells sequence, OXA delivered lacking mechanisms reduce likelihood deactivation. Furthermore, promotes overproduction ROS, inhibited ATP generation, induces mitochondria‐mediated apoptosis mitochondrial dysregulation.
