Introducing fluorine (F) groups into a passivator plays an important role in enhancing the defect passivation effect for perovskite film, which is usually attributed to direct interaction of F and states. However, between electronegative electron-rich same molecule, may influence effect, ignored. We herein report that such interactions can vary electron cloud distribution around thus changing their coordination with sites. By comparing two fluorinated molecules, heptafluorobutylamine (HFBM) heptafluorobutyric acid (HFBA), we find F/-NH2 HFBM stronger than F/-COOH one HFBA, inducing weaker ability HFBA. Accordingly, HFBA-based solar cells (PSCs) provide efficiency 24.70 % excellent long-term stability. Moreover, large-area module (14.0 cm2 ) based on HFBA reaches 21.13 %. Our work offers insight understanding unaware group impacting film.

Flexible perovskite solar cells (f-PSCs) have emerged as potential candidates for specific mechanical applications owing to their high foldability, efficiency, and portability. However, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of f-PSC remains limited by inferior contact between flexible buried substrate. Here, an asymmetric π-extended self-assembled monolayer (SAM) (4-(9H-dibenzo[a,c]carbazol-9-yl)butyl)phosphonic acid (A-4PADCB) is reported a substrate efficient inverted f-PSCs. Employing this design strategy, A-4PADCB exhibits significant orientation angle away from surface normal, homogenizing distribution potentials. This enhancement improves SAM/perovskite interface quality, controlling growth favorable films with low defect density slight tensile stress. Long-term stability in perovskite solar cells through atomic layer deposition of tin oxide DOI

Robust contact schemes that boost stability and simplify the production process are needed for perovskite solar cells (PSCs). We codeposited hole-selective while protecting to enable deposition of SnO x /Ag without use a fullerene. The , prepared through atomic layer deposition, serves as durable inorganic electron transport layer. Tailoring oxygen vacancy defects in led power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) >25%. Our devices exhibit superior over conventional p-i-n PSCs, successfully meeting several benchmark tests. They retained >95% PCE after 2000 hours continuous operation at their maximum point under simulated AM1.5 illumination 65°C. Additionally, they boast certified T 97 lifetime exceeding 1000 hours.
