The COVID-19 pandemic has altered mental health care delivery like no other event in modern history. purpose of this study was to document the magnitude that effect by examining (a) amount psychologists' telepsychology use before pandemic, during and anticipated after pandemic; as well (b) demographic, training, policy, clinical practice predictors these changes. This used a cross-sectional, national online design recruit 2,619 licensed psychologists practicing United States. Prior performed 7.07% their work with telepsychology, which increased 12-fold 85.53% 67.32% conducting all telepsychology. Psychologists projected they would perform 34.96% via pandemic. working outpatient treatment facilities reported over 26-fold increase while those Veterans Affairs medical centers only sevenfold increase. A larger percentage occurred women, who an training supportive organizational policies, treated relationship issues, anxiety, women's issues. lowest increases were rural areas, treating antisocial personality disorder, performing testing evaluation, rehabilitation populations. Healthcare workers (HCWs) are at the frontline defense against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Inadequate knowledge and incorrect attitudes among HCWs can directly influence practices lead to delayed diagnosis, poor infection control practice, spread of disease. This study aimed assess knowledge, perception, attitude Egyptian towards COVID-19 A descriptive cross-sectional was conducted in Egypt, 407 using a self-administered questionnaire. The mean correct answer rate 80.4% with score 18.5 ± 2.7 out 24. positive correlation between scores detected (r = 0.215, p < 0.001). About 83.1% our participants reported that they were afraid being infected COVID-19, 89.2% stated more susceptible as compared others. Unavailability personal protective equipment (PPE), fear transmitting their families, social stigma most frequently reasons for increased risk perception. overall level generally good especially physicians. allied health professionals than Risk perception high HCWs. Causes need considered by government Ministry Health.

As a city famous for tourism, the public healthcare system of Macau SAR has been under great pressure during outbreak Coronavirus Disease 2019 .In this study, we report clinical and microbiological features ten COVID-19 patients enrolled in Centro Hospitalar Conde de São Januário (CHCSJ) between January 21 to February 16, 2020.Clinical samples from all including nasopharyngeal swab (NPS)/sputum, urine, feces were collected serial virus RNA testing by standard qRT-PCR assay.In total, seven imported cases three local cases.The median duration arrival admission was 3 days.Four required oxygen therapy but none them needed machinal ventilation.No fatal noted.The most common symptoms fever (80%) diarrhea (80%).In "Severe" group, there significantly more elderly (p=0.045),higher lactate dehydrogenase levels (p=0.002), elevated C-Reactive protein compared "Mild Moderate" group (p<0.001).There positive SARS-CoV-2 signals patients' NPS stool specimens negative urine specimens.Based on our data shedding possibility lag viral detection specimens, assessment both fecal respiratory specimen is recommended enhance diagnostic sensitivity, also aid discharge decision before role clarified.
