Peptides play an essential role in plant development and immunity. Filipendula ulmaria, belonging to the Rosaceae family, is a medicinal which exhibits valuable pharmacological properties. F. ulmaria extracts vitro inhibit growth of variety human pathogens. The peptides defense against pathogens remains unknown. objective this study was explore repertoire antimicrobial (AMPs) defense-related signaling peptide genes expressed by response infection with Bipolaris sorokiniana using RNA-seq. Transcriptomes healthy infected plants at two time points were sequenced on Illumina HiSeq500 platform de novo assembled. A total 84 encoding novel putative AMPs predicted transcriptomes. They belong known, as well new, families. Transcriptional profiling disclosed complex expression patterns identified both up- down-regulated each family. Among differentially genes, vast majority down-regulated, suggesting suppression immune fungus. 13 up-regulated, indicating their possible involvement triggering response. After functional studies, encoded can be used biofungicides resistance inducers.
