Background Neuroblastoma (NB), characterized by its marked heterogeneity, is the most common extracranial solid tumor in children. The status and functionality of mitochondria are crucial regulating NB cell behavior. While significance mitochondria-related genes (MRGs) still missing key knowledge. Materials methods This study leverages consensus clustering machine learning algorithms to construct validate an MRGs-related signature NB. Introdução: neuroblastoma é uma neoplasia maligna que afeta células nervosas simpáticas, principalmente na medula adrenal. Esta patologia recorrente infância, apresenta desafios tanto em relação à detecção precoce quanto ao manejo terapêutico. O presente estudo descreve o caso de um paciente foi diagnosticado com congênito no 1° mês vida, tratamento cirúrgico e evolução favorável até momento. Objetivo: relatar congênito, seguido revisão narrativa da literatura, ênfase descrição do processo diagnóstico, opções terapêuticas seguimento ambulatorial. Método: este consiste relato literatura narrativa. A coleta dados realizada por entrevistas a família, aplicação formulário online análise dos resultados laboratoriais imagens utilizados para diagnóstico. Os artigos científicos selecionados foram publicados período 2018 2024. Relato caso: criança, 2 anos idade atualmente, diagnósticada tumoração adrenal direita, confirmado após ressecção cirúrgica histopatológica. Massa cística detectada ultrassom vias urinárias pós natal, realizado virtude dilatação pelve renal esquerda identificada ultrassonografia morfológica 2º trimestre. Frente rápido aumento lesão, 40% 15 dias, optou-se pela cirúrgica. estadiamento diagnóstico indicou acompanhamento regular 10 idade. Conclusão: multidisciplinar são cruciais bem-sucedido. remoção completa lesão levou estabilidade paciente, desenvolvimento adequado, sem intervenções adicionais.
