tissues,
they
play

roles
in
antiviral,
antibacterial,
antitumor
immunity.
Their

mechanisms,
including
interactions
with
local
expression
adhesion
molecules,
enable
their
persistence
immediate
functionality
diverse
tissues.
Recent
advances
have
revealed
important
chronic
inflammation,
