Correlation analysis of tertiary lymphoid structure parameters with the prognosis of patients with locally advanced rectal cancer after neoadjuvant chemotherapy: a retrospective study

Abstract
Brain
metastases
(BrM)
are
the
most
common
cancers
in
brain
and
linked
to
poor
prognosis.
Given
high
incidence
often
limited
treatment
options,
understanding
complexity
of
BrM
tumor
microenvironment
is
crucial
for
development

therapeutic
strategies.

performed
transcriptome-wide
gene
expression
profiling
combined
with
spatial
immune
cell
characterize
95
patients
from
different
primary
tumors.

lung
carcinoma
malignant
melanoma
showed
overall
higher
infiltration
as
