ABSTRACT Early iterations of the metaverse have exposed serious flaws pertaining to user privacy and engagement with other users/entities. The bad experiences largely unregulated social networks, manifesting in fake profiles, sentiment manipulation through news potential law order problems, weighs heavily on future commercial success Amidst calls for tighter regulation media new platforms by national governments, platform designers would need address these existing loopholes priority. This article presents MetaPrism , a novel user‐defined personal policy governing interactions users entities environment. MetaPrism's unique integration deep learning‐based intrusion detection system (DL‐IDS) provides unprecedented combination autonomy capability real‐time threat detection. enables fine‐grained control over how engage including extent scope interactions. Beyond improving safety privacy, establishes scalable, flexible model that aligns emerging regulatory frameworks, ensuring ethical secure growth Our proposed approach also encompasses pressing Intrusion Detection System (IDS) virtual assistant, human‐computer interfaces, Internet Things (IoT) device‐enabled environments. By empowering comprehensive controls delivering reliable cyber detection, paves way broader trust thus assuages concerns large extent. Experimental results demonstrate DL‐IDS achieves classification accuracy 95.46% F1‐score 95.8%, threats such as DDoS, DoS, reconnaissance attacks. framework not only mitigates risks but fosters safer, user‐driven ecosystem, realizes its full transformative digital space.

With networks being highly dynamic complex, robust anomaly frameworks are essential trust This paper proposed a hybrid model combining Random Forest (RF) Neural Network (NN) compared with variety machine learning (ML) techniques including Decision Tree (DT), Naive Bayes (NB), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN), RF Logistic Regression (LR) detect anomalies environments. These models were trained tested using CIC-IDS 2017 Intrusion Dataset, comprehensive benchmark used evaluating intrusion systems (IDS). Indeed, outstanding accuracy equaling staggering 99.99%, algorithm performed better than other ML under study. illustrates its vast potential high-accuracy false positives.
