BACKGROUND Adolescent and young adult (AYA) cancer survivors are more likely to experience elevated depressive symptoms than older healthy age-matched peers. Despite the risk of in AYA existence evidence-based interventions address depression, it is unclear whether can access support services. Digital tools a potential solution overcoming barriers survivors’ unmet needs for psychosocial support, but they have not been tailored preferences this unique population. OBJECTIVE This study engaged their providers concept generation ideation step user-centered design process through online co-design workshops. The goal was generate concepts ideas digital depression self-management tool survivors. METHODS We conducted 5 workshops—4 with 1 who serve them. Participants were asked provide feedback on an existing mindfulness course using “I like, I wish, wonder” framework. Then, participants “How might we...” questions focused brainstorming how work. brainstormed responses independently then worked as group categorize expand ideas. Co-design workshops autotranscribed Webex (Cisco) software. Transcripts underwent thematic analysis additional context provided by products created during workshop. RESULTS Eight (aged 15-37 years) 4 (2 oncologists 2 social workers) participated identified 6 themes: engagement, desired content, content delivery, interface, features, aspects avoid. Each theme had 2-7 subthemes that we relied upon when making decisions prototype. CONCLUSIONS critical insights informed prototype development Key takeaways integrated into include (1) stories from other demonstrate concepts; (2) delivering brief lessons; (3) encouraging notifications, organizational tools, reward systems keep tool. Child sexual abuse (CSA) is a significant public health concern, and there lack of universal, evidence-based primary prevention interventions that extend beyond focus solely on children. Parents remain consistently underutilized target for efforts aimed at mitigating CSA despite their unique relationship close proximity to risk not confined any specific demographic, its effects affected children are well-documented, significantly impacting numerous dimensions wellbeing. Thus, clear urgent need address this gap in strategies. This study will use quasi-experimental design (target N = 412) examine potential gains CSA-related awareness intentions protective behaviors among parents who participate universal parent-focused workshop, Smarter Parents. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is a common and debilitating anxiety disorder with chronic course low rate of spontaneous remission. Previous internet-delivered treatments for GAD in clinical routine care has been shown to be effective but tend use mix many different treatment components, often based several theoretical models. Another approach could instead develop more focused theory driven treatments, potentially allowing the protocol shorter less demanding patients. In this pilot-feasibility-trial we implemented focusing on one target core construct (intolerance uncertainty) at internet psychiatry clinic Stockholm. The was administered 22 individuals GAD. ABSTRACT Objective Few individuals with eating disorders (EDs) receive treatment. Innovations are needed to identify EDs and address care barriers. We developed a chatbot for promoting services uptake that could be paired online screening. However, it is not yet known which components drive effects. This study estimated individual combined contributions of four on mental health use (primary), helpfulness, attitudes toward changing eating/shape/weight concerns (“change attitudes,” higher scores indicating greater importance/readiness). Method s Two hundred five screening an ED but in treatment were randomized optimization controlled trial up components: psychoeducation, motivational interviewing, personalized service recommendations, repeated administration (follow‐up check‐ins/reminders). Assessments at baseline 2, 6, 14 weeks. Results Participants who received more likely report use, no significant effects other use. Repeated slowed the decline change participants experienced over time. interviewing found helpful, this component was also associated larger declines attitudes. recommendations receiving its own most favorable attitude time trend. Psychoeducation showed Discussion indicated important outcomes; findings will used finalize decision making about optimized intervention package. The shows high potential addressing gap EDs.
