Endophytes, prevalent in plants, mediate plant–insect interactions. Nevertheless, our understanding of the key members endophyte communities involved inhibiting or assisting EAB infestation remains limited. Employing ITS and 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing, along with network analysis techniques, we conducted a comprehensive investigation into reaction endophytic fungi bacteria within F. bungeana phloem by comparing EAB-infested uninfected samples. Our findings reveal that significantly impacts communities, altering both their diversity overall structure. Interestingly, exhibited distinct patterns response to infestation. For instance, phloem, abundance remained unchanged, but decreased significantly. Conversely, bacterial increased, without significant changes. The community structure altered significantly, which was not observed bacteria. composition infested underwent changes, characterized substantial decrease beneficial species abundance, whereas fungal largely unaffected. In analysis, endophytes modular topology, demonstrating greater complexity due an augmented number nodes, elevated negative correlations, core genera shift compared those healthy phloem. increase plant–insect–microorganism relationships, crucial for pest control, considering roles plant defense.

Increasing temperatures, prolonged drought, the increased severity and intensity of storms, other effects climate change are being felt globally, long-lived forest tree species may struggle in their current ranges. Oaks (Quercus spp.) have evolved a range adaptations to dry hot conditions believed be “climate winner” by increasing suitable habitat. However, mixture life history traits susceptibility herbivores xylovores as well secondary pathogen infections still put oaks at risk decline. Oak found Midwestern, Great Lakes, Northeastern United States Canada important keystone with high ecological economical importance. They also vulnerable existing, new, emerging threats that potential cause mortality across entire stands quickly. Current examples insect include Lymantria dispar (spongy moth), Agrilus bilineatus (twolined chestnut borer), Nitidulidae (sap beetles) disease vectors. Examples insects concern Cynipidae (oak gall wasps) Enaphalodes rufulus (red oak borer). This study describes these insects, explains mechanisms action on oaks, explores mitigation strategies for each.

The control institutions of each country are the leading organizations that deal directly with citizens and businesses. These strongly affected by digitization processes introduction new technologies. All these innovations aimed at improving quality implementation activities on one hand, other hand supporting interaction citizens, respectively legal entities. article examines problems regarding application "costs - benefits" method in digitalization processes. Here, accordingly, innovative thing this is digital projects tested from point view static project evaluation methods dynamic A significant problem will be presented report, but due to limitations development, it not possible develop explore fully. most important points cost-benefit model highlighted here.
