Alcohol-associated
liver
disease
(ALD)

Abstract
Alcoholic
liver
disease
(ALD),
which
is
a
leading
cause
of
morbidity
and
mortality
worldwide,

large
spectrum
injuries
ranging
from

steatosis

steatohepatitis,

fibrosis,
cirrhosis,
hepatocellular
carcinoma.

pathogenesis
ALD

oxidative

chemokine‐induced
inflammation,
metabolic

immune
damage,
