Background/Objectives: The analysis of the complete blood count (CBC)-derived inflammatory indexes across different histological subtypes lung cancer supports early detection tumor-induced inflammation and has a good predictive value for severity in patients. main objective this article was to assess variations CBC-derived markers histologic cancer, with final goal identifying specific predictors each subtype cancer. Methods: We conducted retrospective descriptive study that included 202 patients diagnosed carcinoma at Clinical County Hospital Mureș. analyzed parameters were as follows: type, stage tumor, patients' general data, associated comorbidities. In addition, nine indexes, like neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), derived (d-NLR), monocyte-to-lymphocyte (MLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte (PLR), eosinophil-to-neutrophil (ENR), eosinophil-to-monocyte (EMR), systemic index (SII), response (SIRI), aggregate (AISI), correlated findings. Results: differed subtypes. SIRI, d-NLR, age adenocarcinoma patients, while ENR, leukocyte, neutrophil predicted squamous cell carcinoma. For SCLC AISI, SII, EMR, MLR, leukocyte count, lymphocyte platelets COPD, smoking, male gender severity. Conclusions: Understanding complexity types can personalize treatment regimens target abnormal cellular lines, thus improving outcome highly deadly condition.
