Abstract While mitochondria are known to be essential for intracellular energy production and overall function, emerging evidence highlights their role in influencing cell behavior through mitochondrial transfer. Restoring capacity to generate ATP may be fundamental in restoring function. Under pathological conditions CNS, intercellular transfer contributes new classes of signaling multifunctional cellular activities, thereby triggering deleterious effects promoting beneficial responses. Therefore, take full advantage mitochondria, it useful transplant healthy viable tissues. this review, we describe recent findings mechanisms provide an overview experimental methodologies, including tissue sourcing, isolation, storage, modification, aimed at optimizing transplantation therapy for CNS disorders. Abstract Mitochondria, known as the powerhouse of cell, are essential for cellular energy production. Dysfunction in mitochondrial function can significantly affect various organs. Transplanting healthy mitochondria enhance bioenergetics diseased cells and treat conditions, yet limits transplantation still unknown. Our study reveals that source transplanted is not restricted by species, recipient show no significant immune response to from different lineages. We also found metabolic compatibility between exogenous crucial, transplanting species endow with distinct characteristics combat diseases. Furthermore, our data indicate there competition among varying functions, more powerful yielding better therapeutic effects. Notably, we have an upper limit bio-enhancement provided mitochondria. research proposes a feasible path human through transplantation—adaptive bio-enhancement. Mitochondrial highly clinically valuable technique. I further expanded variety sources demonstrated potential adaptively biological functions.
