Gliomas, a type of malignant tumor, are marked by short survival period and an unfavorable prognosis. Disulfide stress, which arises from overabundance intracellular cystine, can initiate disulfidoptosis, emerging form cell death. The link between gliomas disulfidoptosis has not been extensively explored. This study breaks new ground investigating the correlation glioma prognosis lncRNAs associated with aim improving treatment strategies. We analyzed 10 long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) co-expressed genes, retrieved clinical information gene expression profiles normal groups in TCGA database, developed prognostic model for based on this data. receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to evaluate validate model's reliability. Furthermore, Kaplan-Meier employed assess disparity overall (OS) among patients varying risk scores. also examined tumor microenvironment (TME), immune infiltration, immune-related functions, mutational burden (TMB), OncoPredict samples differing To confirm variations genes models lines, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) employed. Eleven were identified constructing analyzing using Cox regression LASSO analyses. study's findings indicate that these 11 key serve as independent predictors patients. Moreover, frequency scores opt checkpoint blockade (ICB) therapy chemotherapy only differs but their responses treatments significantly distinct, suggesting score could be predictive factor response. research sheds light characteristics glioma, revealing patterns effectively assessed score. Consequently, judicious application inform strategies precision medicine potentially patient outcomes.

Exosomes are 30–150 nm small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) which highly stable and encapsulated by a phospholipid bilayer. contain proteins, lipids, RNAs (mRNAs, microRNAs/miRNAs, long non-coding RNAs/lncRNAs), DNA of their parent cell. In pathological conditions, the composition exosomes is altered, making potential source biomarkers for disease diagnosis. can cross blood–brain barrier (BBB), an advantage using in diagnosis central nervous system (CNS) diseases. Neuropsychiatric diseases belong to CNS diseases, many diagnostic markers have been identified neuropsychiatric Here, we review discuss application exosomal early accurate these Additionally, outline limitations future directions
