Background: The stance of nurse leaders toward moral courage and encouragement received from them hold significant sway in determining whether nurses can courageously uphold the correct values their duties actions. Aim: objective this study is to gain insights into leaders’ perceptions workplace, with aim addressing barriers development among nurses. Research Design: This used descriptive qualitative methods accordance Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Studies (COREQ). Participants Context: was conducted 2024. were selected by purposive sampling. sample size determined data saturation, which reached 10 participants. interviews through semistructured telephone interviews. Data analyzed using a deductive method content analysis. Ethical Considerations: ethics committee Fujian Medical University (No. 196, 2024) provided approval study. Verbal consent obtained before interview All processed anonymously confidentially. Results: analysis resulted 14 subcategories, subsequently grouped 4 categories. Conclusions: emphasizes essential role promoting within healthcare teams. By fostering an ethical environment providing support, enable make ethically sound decisions.
