Introduction Leadership styles are pivotal in encouraging employee engagement, influencing team dynamics, and enhancing patient outcomes. Humble leadership is characterized by self-awareness, openness, appreciation for others. This style underexplored healthcare. Objective study investigated whether humble impacts knowledge-sharing employees’ creativity. Methods A descriptive cross-sectional design was used. Data were collected from nursing educators, nurses, leaders various universities hospitals Jordan. Descriptive analysis applied to display the general characteristics of participants. The importance of humble leadership has garnered increasing attention among researchers. Most existing research focuses on its positive effects, but negative effects are rarely discussed. From a more dialectical perspective, this study found that dual impact, as it can foster employee innovative behavior and also trigger instances time theft. Based social information processing theory, used questionnaire survey structural equation modeling. Through the data analysis 303 sample, results suggest reduce theft by reducing employees' perceived acceptance norm violations, while stimulating respect increase behavior, well supervisor's organizational embodiment have moderating effect. This examines mechanism influence theft, broadens body research, reveals role embodiment, provides theoretical insights for enterprises to optimize management.

This study investigates how psychological safety influences job crafting through self-efficacy as a mediating mechanism and humble leadership moderator. A three-wave design, yielding 663 accurate responses, was employed to recruit employees in the banking industry. structural equation modeling approach SPSS PROCESS macro were used arrive at valid outcomes. Background: A humble leadership style promotes human relationships above transactional relationships. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate predictors and differences in nursing team performance based on sample characteristics the total scores of concepts. Methods: Using a quantitative cross‐sectional design, convenience snowball samples 260 participants distributed as academics (66), senior nurses (94), novice (100) were recruited.
