The
importance
of
humble
leadership
has
garnered
increasing
attention
among
researchers.
Most
existing
research
focuses
on
its
positive
effects,
but
negative
effects
are
rarely
discussed.
From
a
more
dialectical
perspective,
this
study
found
that
dual
impact,
as
it
can
foster
employee
innovative
behavior
and
also
trigger
instances
time
theft.
Based
social
information
processing
theory,
used
questionnaire
survey
structural
equation
modeling.
Through
the
data
analysis
303
sample,
results
suggest
reduce
theft
by
reducing
employees'
perceived
acceptance
norm
violations,
while
stimulating
respect
increase
behavior,
well
supervisor's
organizational
embodiment
have
moderating
effect.
This
examines
mechanism
influence
theft,
broadens
body
research,
reveals
role
embodiment,
provides
theoretical
insights
for

management.
