The aims of this study are to investigate the relationship leadership identification and development with emotional intelligence succession planning outline effective strategies for potential leaders development. Methodology - To achieve aim, we used scheme interactive co-production research where researchers create scientific partnership business professionals they responsible generation theoretical practical knowledge. process data, applied mixed methodology improve data assessment contributed objectivity accuracy research. survey involved five companies operating in information technology, car repair enterprise, sewing business, food beverages producer Western Central regions Ukraine. was conducted between March-September 2023. A sample included 24 different roles, ages, gender, work experience, education background. selection respondents based on their involvement procedures organization depended level professional competency industry. result show that is implemented through certain which include use feedback, culture high engagement, performance assessment, training programs, skill gaps future needs, introduction continuous learning an organization. these should be individual, group, organizational levels. elaboration model
