This study explores the development of Indonesian language teaching materials integrated with Islamic Education (PAI) values for Grade XI students at SMA Terpadu Bustanul Arifin Bener Meriah, during 2024-2025 academic year. The research employs a Research and Development (R&D) methodology, focusing on identifying supporting inhibiting factors in this integration. Key include availability books published by Kemendiknas strong support from PAI teachers. Inhibiting absence National Instructors (IN) subject Situbondo Regency, limited creativity design skills developed materials, inadequate IT proficiency among teachers, time constraints. concludes that while initiative shows promise, addressing these challenges is critical to ensuring successful integration into curriculum. aims enhance not only linguistic but also moral spiritual students, aligning broader educational objectives 2013

This research aims to examine the succession model implemented by contemporary pesantren secure long-term viability of organization. The introduces a novel approach developing modern regeneration through comparative analysis exemplary institutions under Islamic teacher cadre education system. study used qualitative paradigm with grounded method. Data were collected interviews five key informants, including authorities, administrators, caretakers, and senior teachers. findings revealed that was classified into educational academic regeneration. determination cadres is carried out series selection processes main focus on loyalty, ability, understanding pesantren’s values. pattern prioritizes institutional system over individual or sectoral needs.
