Chatbots have emerged as a transformative technology across various sectors, necessitating comprehensive analysis of the directions intellectual and social landscape. This study addresses current state structure AI chatbots in science over past three decades by employing systematic approach using Scopus database, yielding 1358 articles. The research future this field were examined bibliographic coupling keyword analysis. This study aims to present the results of a that compares effectiveness two learning methods, namely Team Games Tournament (TGT) assisted by Wordwall and conventional in improving science literacy skills grade V elementary school students. The research method uses quasi-experimental using an experimental class applying TGT Wordwall, while control methods. Data obtained from both groups students were analyzed evaluate improvement skills. showed experienced significant compared class. Wordwall-assisted approach creates more interactive, collaborative, engaging environment for students, which encourages active participation increases their motivation learn. This research addresses a gap in previous studies that typically focus on single education level, lacking comparative analysis across primary to secondary education. The study explores the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) profiles and barriers faced by mathematics teachers at different educational levels.
