The main issue is the lack of adequate resources and training for teachers, which affects ability curriculum developers to design effective strategies both teachers students. This study aims examine perspectives on obstacles encountered in implementation differentiated learning curriculum. research uses a phenomenological method explore information based direct experiences developers. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with 6 primary school from Penggerak School program. collected data were analyzed using thematic analysis identify key patterns emerging their experiences. results show that integration can be achieved diagnostic assessment, teaching modules, or adjustments techniques by teachers. also finds currently understood as hidden curriculum, referring elements not included official but still applied practices. Changes include simplification more practical approaches, well shift teacher-centered student-centered approach. conclusion this highlights importance comprehensive evaluation at all education levels improve its effectiveness.

Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the impact teacher learning on social science literacy skills post-pandemic junior high school students. Theoretical Framework: This research crucial elucidate observed decline in students' proficiency over recent years. Method: used a Kirkpatrick design with four parts. It involved schools, 14 teachers, and 423 Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, observations tests. data analysed using variety techniques, including graphs. Results discussion: Aiken's formula showed that questionnaire questions are highly suitable. had Cronbach Alpha value 0.950, which excellent, while 0.727, good. 95% students achieved reaction dimension, 91% 88% behaviour 69% outcome dimension. results show 30.97% did not achieve after learning. important for Sustainable Development Goal 4, about making sure everyone has access quality education opportunities.
