Ensuring optimal quality of life (QOL) in older adults with HIV (OAWH) should be a priority. Comprehensive strategies are needed not only to assess QOL but also implement targeted interventions that enhance it across multiple dimensions. This review aims examine the robust scientific evidence supporting effectiveness nonpharmacological interventions, such as exercise, socialization, and psychological support. Physical activity structured exercise programs have been shown improve functional capacity, reduce frailty, alleviate depressive symptoms, well being OAWH. Studies indicate home-based programs, community-based support, digital health initiatives can help mitigate isolation, socialization. There remains gap between demonstrating benefits their implementation clinical practice. A shift from disease-centered person-centered medicine is necessary adequately address real needs From healthcare policy perspective, fundamental change approach essential, greater investment evidence-based - support even if requires rethinking current care model.

A pseudoaneurysm (PSA) is a contained vascular rupture that typically occurs following catheterization, at the anastomotic site between native artery and synthetic graft, post-trauma, or as result of infection. It characterized by hematoma surrounded tissue, often emerging complication invasive arterial interventions. In patients with HIV/AIDS, PSAs can develop due to vessel wall disruption caused chronic inflammation, opportunistic infections (such cytomegalovirus tuberculosis), direct effects virus, leading abnormal blood flow into chamber confined adjacent tissue. The clinical presentation varies based on their size location. Diagnosis be achieved through ultrasonography color Doppler, contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance angiography (MRA), digital subtraction (DSA). Treatment modalities include surgery, ultrasound-guided compression, thrombin injection, endovascular techniques. This review discusses pathophysiology, histology, diagnosis, therapeutic options for HIV-related PSAs. Additionally, risk factors rare complications associated are explored in detail.
