This
study

Foreign
Direct
Investments
(FDI)
are
the
most
important
source
of
international
capital,
technology,
management
information
and
market
accessibility.Thus,
governments
recently
assign
new
provisions
incentives
to
attract
FDI.The
purpose
this
study
is
identify
factors
that
FDI.First,
a
general
review
FDI
inflows
Turkey
addressed
in
light
regional
trend.Second,
literature
considered
order
determinants
inflows.Third,
regression
analysis
used

consistent
with

size
openness
economy
positively
affect
inflows.Current
account
deficit
exchange
rate
negatively
correlated
inflows.On

investors'
