The spatial aspect of professionals' trust and distrust in socio-technical systems has not been sufficiently explored. study its structure, criteria for distribution, interrelationships elements is both scientific practical interest.To perform a comparative analysis the experienced by professional operators system subject-subject subject-object interactions.This work based on A.B. Background. The present article addresses the criteria for choosing a profession and work among modern adolescents young adults in changing transient world. It sets ideals of professions that illusorily seem to be accessible, easy, well-paid, interesting at same time. Objective. study aims identifying subjective preference occupation senior their relationship with personality traits, values, user activity, well-being. Study Participants. 172 subjects, 54 students 8–11 grades age from 13 16 118 Moscow universities 17 23, including 103 males (59.9%) 69 females (40.1%). Methods. respondents fill scale job preference, Ten Item Personality Measure, Portrait Values Questionnaire techniques assessing well-being activity. answer questions about possibility intention combine several career choice. Results. is reliable, factor- content-valid screening instrument importance payment, interest, convenience, prospect, usefulness others, ease, difficulty, image work.
