Abstract:
PANoptosis
is
a
new
cell
death
proposed
by
Malireddi
et
al
in
2019,
which
characterized
pyroptosis,
apoptosis
and
necroptosis,
but
cannot
be
explained
any
of
them
alone.
The
interaction
between
necroptosis
involved
PANoptosis.
In
this
review,
from
the
perspective

we

on

The
innate
immune
system
initiates
cell
death
pathways
in
response
to
pathogens
and
cellular
stress.
Cell
can
be
either
non-lytic
(apoptosis)
or
lytic
(PANoptosis,
pyroptosis,
necroptosis).
PANoptosis
has
been
identified
as
an
inflammatory,
pathway
driven
by
caspases
RIPKs
that
is
regulated
PANoptosome
complexes,
making
it
distinct
from
other
pathways.
Several
complexes
(including
ZBP1-,
AIM2-,
RIPK1-,
NLRP12-PANoptosomes)
have
characterized
date.
Furthermore,
implicated
infectious
inflammatory
diseases,
cancers,
homeostatic
perturbations.
Therefore,
targeting
its
molecular
components
offers
significant
potential
for
therapeutic
development.
This
review
covers
PANoptosomes
their
assembly,
PANoptosome-mediated
mechanisms,
ongoing
progress
developing
therapeutics
target
PANoptosis.

Abstract
The
innate
immune
system
serves
as
the
first
line
of
defense
against
invading
pathogens;
however,
dysregulated

aberrant
inflammation
that
is
detrimental
to
host.
Therefore,

regulation

(COVID-19)
pandemic
caused
by
severe
acute
respiratory
syndrome
2
(SARS-CoV-2)
and
has
resulted
in
global
morbidity
mortality
well
socio-economic
stresses.
Innate

SARS-CoV-2

pattern
recognition
receptors

various
pro-inflammatory
cytokines
induction
inflammatory
death.
These
processes
contribute

tissue

syndrome.
Here,
we
discuss
