Proficiency in English, particularly the specialized vocabulary of aviation industry and air travel tourism, is crucial for effective communication understanding. This study aims to explore demand an Air Travel Picture Dictionary among Transport Management students, addressing their specific linguistic challenges. Employing first stage Research Development (RD) framework - Need Analysis, which part Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model, this research utilizes a mixed-methods approach. Data was gathered from 141 selected through random sampling, complemented by semi-structured interviews with lecturers practitioners. The findings reveal significant reliance on English within sector, terminology being prominent crucial. Despite acknowledging its importance, students identified gaps skills, notably pronunciation, word meaning, word-class identification, spelling. While online resources like Google Translate search engines are commonly used assistance, along support instructors peers, traditional general dictionaries reference materials less favored. Multinational team members commonly face challenges to influence their peers attain shared work goals in a language different from mother tongue. However, the mechanisms linking multinational members' official corporate fluency and displays of informal are not well understood. Drawing status characteristics theory, we propose that peer-granted mediates relationship between influence. We tested this prediction across two field studies experiments utilizing three operationalizations influence: voice behavior, quality, leadership emergence. Overall, demonstrate fluent receive higher than less peers, is stronger teams whose primarily converse common non-corporate language. Scholarly interest in unclarifiable unclarity, commonly referred to as bullshit (BS) communication, has been steadily growing, driven by events such recent US presidential campaigns, the COVID-19 pandemic, spread of conspiracy theories, and prevalence misinformation on social media. However, until now, there no comprehensive review research this domain. This bibliometric study analyzes 249 documents published from 1971 2023, sourced Scopus Web Science databases. Our primary goal is map landscape BS communication within organizational contexts. Employing techniques co-citation collaboration network analyses, keyword co-occurrence analysis, thematic mapping, reveals fundamental social, intellectual, conceptual structures shaping knowledge base while highlighting key topics themes research. Beyond identifying these central themes, also critically evaluates prior offers recommendations for future investigations.
