Proficiency in English, particularly the specialized vocabulary of aviation industry and air travel tourism, is crucial for effective communication understanding. This study aims to explore demand an Air Travel Picture Dictionary among Transport Management students, addressing their specific linguistic challenges. Employing first stage Research Development (RD) framework - Need Analysis, which part Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model, this research utilizes a mixed-methods approach. Data was gathered from 141 selected through random sampling, complemented by semi-structured interviews with lecturers practitioners.
