Introduction: aerobic dancing, a popular form of physical activity, is way for students to maintain fitness and well-being. Objectives: this study aims investigates the influence music listening habits on exercise performance, explores psychological effects fitness, analyzes individual differences in preferences, determines outcomes incorporating into routines among selected students. Methods: applied mixed-methods approach using an embedded research design. The researcher specifically used questionnaires, interview guide questions, observations purposefully participants. participants were 27 fourth- third-year major from Mindanao State University's College Sports, Physical Education, Recreation, enrolled PPE 137 (Strength Training Conditioning). Researchers processed data frequency counts percentages questionnaire derived themes questions.
