Further, high cluster southern-central part developed offers compelling rationale for other HUCs assess planning strategies, such zoning strategies context weighted importance amenities, walkability, distribution.

Additionally, random forest (RF) algorithm employed identify main usage The results demonstrate that significantly influences happiness through perception (path coefficient γ = 0.744, p 0.001), security (γ 0.664, cohesion 0.830, 0.001). Key preferences use include age, housing prices, walkability, with walkability contributing 17.5%, 11.0%, age 10.2% frequency use.
