Dijital Dönüşüm, dijital teknolojilerin kullanımıyla yeni iş modelleri ve stratejiler geliştirme sürecini ifade eder. İşletmelerin rekabet avantajı elde etmeleri kurumsal verimliliklerini artırmaları için dijitalleşme süreçlerine uyum sağlamaları kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu dönüşüme yanıt verebilmek için, işletmelerin dönüşüm etkinliklerini ölçmeleri yol haritalarını çizmeleri gerekmektedir. çalışma, üretim sektöründeki performanslarını belirlemeye yönelik performans ölçüm sistemi geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. bağlamda, Endüstri 4.0 uygulamaları gerekli kriterler, nesneler, insanlar sistemler arasındaki etkileşimler göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen yalnızca otomasyon, robotik, nesnelerin interneti, yapay zekâ büyük veri analitiği gibi ileri teknolojilerden değil; aynı zamanda organizasyonel faktörler değişime olan istek insan odaklı unsurlardan da yararlanarak tanımlanmıştır. Kriterler kapsamlı literatür taraması sonucunda oluşturulmuş açıklanmıştır. Uzman görüşleri alınarak, bu kriterlerin önem derecelerini gösteren ağırlıklar hesaplanmış SWARA yöntemi ile ağırlıklandırılmıştır. performansının ölçümünde ise Gri İlişkisel Analiz (GİA) kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen model, örnek vaka üzerinde test edilmiş firma performansları karşılaştırılmıştır.

Human skills are a critical factor in the success or failure of digital project. Limited studies have been conducted to identify industry demand for scrum roles (product owner, master, web developer) and levels (entry, associate, mid-senior).
