Objective: This study sought to evaluate the effectiveness of a serious game, that embeds cognitive bias modification for interpretation (CBM-I), in altering negative interpretive early aged adolescents diagnosed with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum and Specific Learning Disorders. The difficulties neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) experience navigating social nuances everyday environments make them prone biases lead development thought patterns. Directly tackling biased processes give rise thinking may be effective reducing mental health problems. Method: Minds Online, 10-episode 3-D animated game CBM-I was introduced using three-phase multiple baseline design school setting. Eight an NDD completed 10 episodes. Results: Real-time data revealed seven eight altered their benign bias. However, pre- post-test standardized measures non-significant changes desired direction health. Visual analyses 308 daily self-reported ratings about worry schoolwork, peer relationships, feelings loneliness did not demonstrate replicated intervention effect. when these interrupted time series were analyzed statistically, significant individual improvements evident. Engagement Online excellent, as adherence collection. Conclusions: seems highly NDDs, which is promising because such are involved onset maintenance psychopathology.
