Abstract: Humanitarian Work Psychology (HWP) has challenged historical claims that wage and wellbeing are barely connected. Contradicting SDGs 1, 3, 8, 10, earlier research prioritized middle-class samples (for whom was less salient) assumed linearity (instead of actually curvilinear poverty traps). Nonetheless, even in HWP research, the wage–wellbeing connection remained modest. Has overlooked a crucial, proximal mediator between – Subjective Experience Work-related Precariousness (SEWP)? Funded by Health Research Council, 2022, we surveyed everyday experiences N = 403 (Study I) later 539 II) lower-income workers nationally across Aotearoa/New Zealand. Participants shared their own wages other household incomes; ill/well-being (e.g., job dis/satisfaction, work-life im/balance), reproductive-material (most directly wage-focused) dimension SEWP. In Study I, connected surprisingly well to but only, nonlinearly, through SEWP: A combination “own wage” “other income” explained 30% variance SEWP, which linked, linearly, more distal wellbeing, e.g., work–life balance (21%). Such ripple effects from via SEWP wider indicate “how” advance sustainable livelihoods. By comparison II, followed an especially steep rise cost-of-living Zealand, central tendency was, uniformly, subjective precariousness. This additional surprise finding, argue, indicative nonreplicability sensitive widespread working cost-of-living-induced trap. Covid-19, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Climate Change, have disrupted work education, rendering sustainability of careers livelihoods a concern. This paper outlines collaborative response to that challenge, offering opportunities for sustainable in education cloud collaboration, Project SLiC (Sustainable Livelihoods Collaboration). Psychological research has shown that lower socioeconomic status (SES) individuals experience higher levels of stress and tend to cope in more present-oriented ways. In this Age of the Anthropocene, world work is being radically disrupted by mass precarity, rising wage and income inequality, habitat destruction, rise artificial intelligence. Facing such insecurity, people, we show, are careering toward radical ways making a living. They range from professionals to social media influencing environmental activism. Human security fundamentally enhanced sustainable livelihoods, explore not only de-radicalise, but also accept embrace careering, if whenever it serves purpose people's livelihoods more for society, economies, ecosystems. Purpose A critical issue in organizations concerned with cybersecurity is how to motivate personnel engage safety and security behaviors counter potential threats. Democracy is under threat in many countries, particularly from illiberal and right-wing populist parties. This does not reveal a social trend towards conservatism to far-right positions among the population of current democracies, as moral attitudes are generally becoming increasingly liberalised.
