The brake pad and its material composition plays a pivotal role in the overall braking performance of vehicle, serving as critical component that ensures safety control. A comprehensive assessment durability characteristics organic sintered disc-brake pads investigated through rigorous testing methodologies to assess parameters such efficiency, wear resistance, thermal stability. Advanced protocols ensured thorough data collection, including test gauge long-term performance. Additionally, frictional properties were assessed using friction coefficient chase machine. experimental results shows improved lever feel load handling for pads. Salt Spray Ozone Layer tests indicate an environmental resilience Corrosion resistance meeting required criteria. There is about 20% improvement effectiveness 15% increase compared organic. Positive outcomes from investigation support replacing with ones.
